A Runway Into Work That Fits 

Launchpad is for recent or soon-to-be grads (roughly 0–3 years out of school) who are smart, capable… and a bit stuck.

It’s for young adults who are:

• Sending résumés into the void
  
  
• Unsure how to talk about what they bring
  
  
• Overwhelmed by advice about AI, networking, and “personal brand”
  
  

If your grad wants work that actually fits and is willing to show up and do the job, then Launchpad is built for them.

 By the end of Launchpad, your grad will have:

• A simple written 90-day aim for work and life
  
  
• A sharper résumé (v1) and refreshed LinkedIn profile
  
  
• A 90-second story they can actually say out loud, not just think about
  
  
• At least one “proof project” or portfolio piece that shows what they can do
  
  
• A realistic weekly outreach system so they’re not relying only on job boards
  
  
• Practical, ethical ways to use AI as a copilot, not a shortcut
  
  

All of this is built during the program, not left for “someday” homework.

No one can honestly guarantee a job in this market.

What Launchpad does guarantee is that your grad will no longer be:

• Searching alone
  
  
• Guessing at what works
  
  
• Sending generic applications into the void
  
  

They’ll leave with better tools, a clearer story, a concrete plan, and more confidence to keep going when it’s hard.

That’s more common than not.

The first part of Launchpad focuses on a “Compass & Aim”—getting honest about strengths, interests, constraints, and real-world options. We’re not trying to lock them into a perfect 10-year path. We’re helping them define a grounded, good-enough next chapter and a 90-day aim they can move toward now.

Yes.

Many Launchpad participants already have a job, but:

• Feel under-challenged or underpaid
  
  
• Want a better role, path, or culture
  
  
• Need help telling their story for promotions or pivots
  
  

The same tools and assets, such as clarity, story, proof projects, outreach system, and smart AI use, will help them move more intentionally from where they are, not just “start from scratch.”

Plan on about 4–6 hours a week, designed to be realistic alongside work or other commitments:

• Monday: 30–45 minutes of short videos + worksheets drop
  
  
• Wednesday: 2-hour live Zoom lab (teaching, building, coaching)
  
  
• Friday: up to 60 minutes of optional office hours (for 12 weeks)
  
  
• Pod: ~60-minute weekly small-group meeting
  
  

Buddy: 20–30-minute check-in

High structure, high care—without taking over their life.

 All Wednesday labs are live on Zoom, and replays are available. If your grad has to miss a session, they can catch up with the recording and apply the work in their pod and buddy check-ins.

We expect live attendance. That’s where coaching, practice, and connection happen.

We keep the founding cohort intentionally small, typically 8–16 participants.

That’s big enough for diversity of perspective, and small enough that your grad is seen, called on, and supported. This is not a giant anonymous webinar.

They’ll need:

• A stable internet connection
  
  
• Zoom (audio and video)
  
  
• A Google account for documents and worksheets
  
  
• Willingness to use AI tools as a copilot, not a shortcut. We’ll show them how
  
  

If they can handle a typical college Zoom class, they’ll be fine here.

 Yes. Launchpad is not a hype-y “rah-rah” environment.

We use:

• Clear structure and expectations
  
  
• Smaller pods and buddy pairs
  
  
• Ground rules that protect psychological safety
  
  

Participation is encouraged, not forced. If your grad is worried, we can talk through what would help before they start.

Launchpad is led by Daniel Lieberman, an executive coach with 30 years of experience helping senior leaders and teams navigate high-stakes transitions.

He’s:

• Coached leaders at major companies to get promoted, expand scope, and lead through uncertainty
  
  
• A dad of two Gen Z kids walking this same transition in real time.
  
  

Launchpad blends that executive-level insight with deep respect for what early-career adults are up against now.

Launchpad is coaching and career design, not mental health treatment. We work on clarity, skills, strategy, and confidence.

If your grad is navigating significant mental health challenges, we strongly encourage working with a licensed therapist alongside—or instead of—this program. We’re happy to be part of a broader support team, but we don’t replace clinical care.

 The founding cohort tuition is $1,000. Future cohorts will likely be in the $1,500–$2,000 range as we refine and expand the experience. 

In other words, this first cohort is intentionally priced as a “thank you” for being early.

Yes. We’re committed to access.

• We offer a simple payment plan so you don’t have to pay everything at once.
• We also reserve a small number of partial scholarships for grads who are a strong fit but genuinely constrained.

We know this is a meaningful investment.

If, after the first live session, your grad feels Launchpad is not a fit, you can email us before the second session, and we’ll refund your tuition in full (minus any processing fees).

After that point, we’re all in together for the whole program.

 Launchpad is your grad’s space.

Your role is sponsor, not supervisor. We may host a short parent info session before the cohort begins so you know what they’re learning and how to support them—but the coaching and conversations are with your young adult.

The best support you can give is encouragement, curiosity, and patience while they do the real work of building their next chapter.

We don’t share details of coaching conversations—those belong to your grad.

What we can share is:

• The overall structure and timing of the program
  
  
• Key milestones they’ll hit along the way
  
  
• Simple questions you can ask that open up real conversation (without turning you into another “boss”)
  
  

If you’d like guidance on how to check in with them, we’re happy to provide it.

 The core cohort runs for 6 weeks, but support doesn’t end there. 

Your grad will still have:

• Up to 12 weeks of Friday office hours after the cohort starts, so they can get ongoing feedback on applications, interviews, and outreach
  
  
• A pod and buddy structure they can keep using for accountability
  
  
• Tools and templates they can revisit as their story and goals evolve
  
  

The goal isn’t just a “nice experience.” It’s a workable system they can keep running as they grow.
