The Problem

Your student is smart, capable… and stuck.

  • Online applications. No replies.

  • Confusing advice about rĂ©sumĂ©s, AI, and “networking.”

  • A job market that feels noisier and harsher than anything you faced at their age.

You can feel their anxiety.
You might feel your own.

We Get It

You’re not looking for “motivation.”
You’re looking for momentum and a plan.

As an executive coach and a dad of two Gen Z kids, I’ve watched this transition from both sides:

  • I’ve helped senior leaders at big companies spot and hire talent.

  • I’ve watched young adults freeze because no one taught them how to tell their story, show their value, or use AI wisely.

Launchpad exists to close that gap.

Launchpad = 6 Weeks

A small-cohort, 6-week program that gives your grad:

  1. A Compass & Aim
  • What they want next (for real), not a vague “figure it out someday.”

  • A simple written 90-day aim for work and life.

  1. A Clear Story & Proof
  • A sharper rĂ©sumĂ© (v1) with real impact, not buzzwords.

  • A LinkedIn refresh and a 90-second story they can actually say out loud.

  • At least one “proof project” or portfolio piece that shows what they can do.

  1. A Weekly Run System
  • A realistic, repeatable Weekly Run (who to reach out to, what to send, and when).

  • A Know–Like–Trust–Respect stakeholder map so they’re not relying solely on job boards.

Practical, ethical ways to use AI as a copilot, not a shortcut.

How It Works:

Weekly Rhythm

  • Monday: 30–45 mins of short videos + worksheets drop.

  • Wednesday: 2-hour live Zoom lab (teaching, building, coaching).

  • Friday: 12 weeks of 1-hour office hours (optional but powerful).

Pods + Buddy: Weekly pod meeting (60 mins) + short buddy check-in (20–30 mins).

High structure. High care. Real work.
