Help your grad launch —
without becoming the pressure.
Your son or daughter has the degree.
What they may not have yet is direction.
The months after graduation can feel surprisingly foggy. They may be applying, avoiding, waiting, doubting themselves, or quietly shutting down every time someone asks, “So what’s next?”
You want to help.
But you do not want to become the nag, the rescuer, or the career manager.
Launchpad gives your grad a steady outside coach, practical structure, and a personalized 90-day plan so they can move from fog to focus — and take a next step they actually own.
Your grad is not behind. They’re navigating fog in a tough market.
Many capable young adults are not stalled for lack of talent. They are stalled because the market is noisy, the path is unclear, and the old advice no longer works.
They may be thinking:
“I don’t know what I want.”
“I don’t know how to talk about myself.”
“I keep applying and hearing nothing.”
“I feel behind.”
“I don’t want another adult telling me what to do.”
And you may be thinking:
“I know they’re capable.”
“I’m worried they’re drifting.”
“I don’t know when to push and when to back off.”
“I want to help without making it worse.”
That is exactly where Launchpad helps.
A clear path forward
Launchpad is private coaching for new graduates and graduate students who need direction, confidence, and traction.
Not therapy.
Not job placement.
Not parental surveillance.
Not hustle culture.
It is calm, structured coaching with practical fieldwork between sessions.
Your grad does the work.
Daniel brings the structure, questions, tools, and steady outside perspective.
How Launchpad Works
1. Choose a direction
Your grad begins with two professional-grade, evidence-based, and scientifically validated assessments, a guided debrief, and coaching conversations that help them understand their strengths, values, patterns, interests, and possible directions.
They do not need to know the answer before they start.
That is the point.
2. Build proof
Your grad learns how to translate who they are into usable career language: resume stories, LinkedIn positioning, interview examples, and a clearer way to explain what they bring.
Confidence grows when they can finally say who they are without sounding fake.
3. Create traction
Together, we build a personalized 90-day Launch Plan with practical next steps: outreach, networking, applications, follow-up, interview preparation, and weekly fieldwork.
Then, near the close of the plan, we meet for a 90-Day Launch Review to look at what happened, adjust the strategy, and choose the next clean move.

Meet your guide
Your grad is the hero.
I’m the guide — bringing calm, structure, and a plan that works in the real world.
I’m Daniel Lieberman, an executive leadership coach who has spent decades helping high performers and senior leaders make better decisions under pressure. I’ve worked with leaders at organizations including Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Providence, and Zillow, and across fields from healthcare and biotech to engineering, public service, and the arts.
What that means for your grad
They get a coach who has sat with people at real crossroads — when the stakes were high, the path was unclear, and the next move mattered.
They get practical support from someone who has hired, led teams, built programs, and made hard calls when it counted.
They get more than career advice. They get calm structure, honest questions, useful language, and a plan they can test in the real world.
I built Launchpad because the entry-level market has changed, and too many capable grads are getting advice built for a world that no longer exists.
I also built it because my own kids are walking into this same moment.
Why I care
I’ve watched talented people lose themselves in the job market.
They chase approval. They absorb rejection. They start shaping themselves around whatever they think employers want. And too often, they end up in roles that drain them before their career has even really begun.
It is expensive.
Confidence drops.
Momentum stalls.
The “Is this really it?” loop starts early.
I’ve felt it too.
During the Great Recession, I spent six months hearing “no.” Then I stopped guessing, got focused, and ended up with three offers — not by becoming someone else, but by learning how to:
-
aim without panic
-
translate value into language hiring managers trust
-
build traction with a system that survives rejection
That is what Launchpad gives your grad at the start of their career.
Not pressure.
Not performance.
Not fake confidence.
A clearer direction, a better story, and a repeatable system for moving forward.
The simple promise
Your grad learns how to:
-
choose a direction without panic
-
tell a story that lands with real humans
-
build momentum with a repeatable system
Launchpad is part of my Humanship™ approach: practical, honest, and built for the world your grad is stepping into.

Why an outside coach matters
The right coach for a young adult is, by definition, someone who is not their parent.
Your child sets the agenda.
Your child does the thinking.
Your child owns the work.
Daniel is the steady outside adult in their corner — supportive, direct, experienced, and not tangled in the parent-child dynamic.
That distance matters.
It gives your grad room to hear themselves.
The 90-Day Launch Review must be scheduled within 120 days of the first session.
This is for your grad if they are…
Capable but unclear
Applying without traction
Avoiding career conversations
Losing confidence
Unsure how to talk about themselves
Overthinking instead of acting
Ready for help, but not interested in being lectured
This is not for your grad if they…
Do not want to participate
Want someone else to do the work for them
Need therapy, crisis support, or clinical care
Expect guaranteed job placement
Want a magic answer instead of a structured process
The next step
A short, no-pressure conversation is the best way to see whether Launchpad is the right fit.
You do not need to have it all figured out.
That is what the call is for.
