LEADING UNDER PRESSUREÂ
An 8-Week Cohort Experience for Senior Leaders
Leadership gaps are not a knowledge problem.
Experienced leaders already know a great deal about strategy, people, management, and execution.
The harder question is:
Can you access what you know when your nervous system is activated, the stakes are high, people disagree, and the future is unclear?
That is the work.
Leading Under Pressure is an eight-week experience for executives, founders, and senior leaders who want to stay clear, courageous, and human when the heat rises.
EXPLORE THE FOUNDING COHORTPRESSURE CHANGES HOW WE LEAD
When pressure spikes, attention narrows. Judgment accelerates. Certainty becomes seductive.
Smart, accomplished leaders can become reactive, rigid, avoidant, overly controlling, or performatively urgent.
And what happens inside the leader rarely stays there.
Teams become defensive. Difficult truths disappear. Urgency masquerades as strategy.
Organizations become less intelligent precisely when they most need collective wisdom.
There is another way to lead.
THE SPINE
Composure creates capacity.
Capacity makes clarity possible.
Clarity preserves choice.
Courage preserves truth.
The goal is not to become unflappable.
It is to stay available — to reality, to other people, and to your own best judgment — when pressure arrives.
Because when you regain access to those capacities, you can make the next clean move.
WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE
Leading Under Pressure is designed to help you:
Recognize activation before it runs the meeting.
Regain access to judgment before reaching for strategy.
Separate facts and signals from the stories pressure creates.
Stay open when certainty isn't available.
Tell the truth without losing the room.
Create conditions where other people can think and contribute at their best.
Move intelligently when the full answer isn't yet clear.
THE EXPERIENCE
Six highly interactive 90-minute sessions across eight weeks, combining nervous-system awareness, clearer judgment, courageous truth-telling, resonance, and practical tools for making the next clean move under pressure.
The spacing is intentional: learn it, test it in real work, return with experience rather than theory.
You'll work in a small, curated cohort of 4–6 senior leaders, using actual leadership situations rather than hypothetical case studies.
The experience also includes a private 45-minute Leadership Integration Session within 90 days of completing the cohort.
THIS MAY BE FOR YOU IF...
You are an executive, founder, or senior leader carrying meaningful responsibility.
You are navigating uncertainty, change, complex decisions, conflict, growth, or organizational pressure.
You care deeply about excellence and performance — but do not believe fear, exhaustion, emotional suppression, or perpetual urgency are sustainable leadership strategies.
And you are willing to examine not only what you do as a leader, but who you become when the heat rises.
Because people do not experience your leadership philosophy.
They experience you.

ABOUT DANIEL LIEBERMAN
I'm an executive leadership coach and former senior operating executive who has spent more than two decades leading and coaching through growth, transformation, integration, uncertainty, and consequential change.
My work focuses on Humanship™ — developing the distinctly human capacities leaders need to exercise sound judgment, create trust, adapt intelligently, and lead effectively in a complex and chaotic world.
I believe something simple:
Leadership should increase human capacity, not consume it.
YOU PROBABLY ALREADY KNOW HOW YOU WANT TO LEAD.
The question is whether you can access that leader when you need them most.
Composure creates capacity.
Capacity makes clarity possible.
Clarity preserves choice.
Courage preserves truth.
