I began my career as a barista and became a chief executive in less than ten years.
Since then, I’ve led complex organizations, managed large-scale operations, and spent more than 15 years coaching and advising senior leaders across companies including Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Dell, Starbucks, GSK, Novo Nordisk, BP, and many others.
My work sits at the intersection of executive judgment, leadership under pressure, organizational dynamics, and human behavior.
